Role Overview
As an Account Manager with Yuno Energy, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key commercial clients. Your role is to ensure client satisfaction, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of customer service. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring contract compliance and compliance to regulatory policies, resolving client issues, and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound service sales calls serving as the lead point of contact for all account management matters.
* Providing support to the Key Account Managers.
* Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
* Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Assuming ownership of customer issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
* Coordinating and ensuring contract compliance & commitments are achieved from all inbound leads.
* Liaising with other departments and third parties in relation to customer issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate strategies that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
* Ad hoc administration duties as required, embracing the pacey and dynamic nature of our commercial work environment.
Required Experience:
* Proven sales experience in a sales-related industry with a track record of delivering targets or KPIs.
* Previous utilities experience particularly within the electricity or gas area would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
* Direct customer service experience in a sales-related environment demonstrating effective customer relationship management.
* Experience of assisting with tenders and quotations.
* Excellent phone manner with the ability to deal with customers in a calm, tactful and professional manner.
* Proven ability to work to strict targets to achieve individual and team objectives.
* A flexible approach to working.
* Experience of working with a Customer Relationship Management system beneficial.
* Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel.
* Full clean driving license (ability to get to and from office as required).
