Auditing Senior/Assistant Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, management, and execution of audit engagements in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.
* Prepare financial statements for audit, including Ltd Companies, Sole Traders & Partnerships.
* Supervise and train junior team members to ensure standards are maintained.
* Manage a varied portfolio of clients, researching and resolving technical queries from clients.
* Manage work in progress and billings as part of working capital management.
* Identify client needs and new business opportunities within client organisations.
* Develop and grow the firm's client portfolio.
* Participate in client fee negotiation.
* Maintain a high quality of work and consistently adhere to relevant professional standards.
Required Skills and Experience
* ACA / ACCA qualified.
* Strong technical skills (FRS102 / IFRS).
* Strong audit experience (2 years PQE).
* RI would be beneficial but not necessary.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage junior staff under tight deadlines while maintaining standards.
* Ability to make professional judgments based on findings.
* Portfolio management experience.
* Attention to detail and analytical assessment.
* Experience working as part of a team supporting others.
* Commercial awareness.
* Enthusiasm to drive change or improve the operating environment, including embracing new technology when appropriate.
* Team player with strong communication skills.
