Based in their Cork HQ and reporting directly to the Business Unit Leader, this role has come about due to internal promotion which is very much the way this company operates!

Key Responsibilities Meet and greet visitors and customers Answer and manage queries via phone Manage post sorting/opening incoming post and franking/delivering outgoing post Order stationary supplies Manage meeting room bookings Send purchase orders to relevant internal parties Organise staff travel/accommodation arrangements Work closely alongside and support Director Ad-hoc duties as required Key Skills Previous experience in a similar role is required (experience in similar industry is highly advantageous) Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Team player with ability to work on own initiative People person with genuine desire to help people Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
