Customer Service Advisor (Part-time)
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Limerick, working on behalf of a financial client. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a part-time position with flexible hours: Monday to Friday from 11am to 3pm or Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5:30pm. During the first 9-11 weeks, you will undergo full-time training from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:15pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently and effectively.
* Analyze customer information and respond to their queries via telephone.
* Ensure customer records are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
* Drove sales to meet targets and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
* A minimum of 9 months' experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
* A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
* Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland and pass background checks.
