will be responsible for helping to shape and build medium and long-term trading
strategies for the Commercial function of Three Ireland. You will support the
execution of these plans, ensuring that the wider Commercial team deliver on
expected budgets and business goals.Supporting the Senior Commercial Go to Market Manager
through working with the Commercial insights team and reviewing historical data
trends to provide support and recommendations to the trading team, ensuring key
activity and initiatives throughout mapped seasonal themes deliver against
budget and ensuring our customers’ needs are always prioritized.You will work cross functionally across the wider business aligning medium and
long-term plans, reviewing ways of working to streamline processes, ensuring
governance is adhered to and making us more effective and also support the Senior Commercial Go to Market manager
in being the custodian of the trading roadmaps, you will support in influencing
the cross functional team to priorities and execute seamless delivery of
activities to deliver business objectivesResponsibilitiesKey contributions to the trading roadmap for medium and long-term activities, working with propositions and marketing to have a significant short-term and long-term impact on the business.Coordinating across multiple teams to gather and develop the consolidated trading plans and the strategic solutions necessary for long-term business needsAssisting in the communication and engagement on the roadmap across the business, proactively engaging with key stakeholders to ensure input, feedback and alignment and ensuring teams are provided with clear, timely briefs to enable high quality end-to-end launch.Support the Senior GTM Manager in the ownership and performance management of the plan that underpins the growth targets against the commercial KPI’s, looking at key themes from a wide set of data and insight, product updates and deliver budget plans.Communicate dependencies and risks clearly, be ready to escalate and ask for support when required.What else it involvesWorking with all key stakeholders within quarterly planning to ensure that launches are packaged and prioritised as necessary.Working with the wider GTM team to ensure all lead times are updated and relevant at regular intervals.Defining and updating GANTT charts with all inputs from delivery teams to define lead times for execution.Ensuring the business owner is aware of the time boxes for entry into commercial planning and launch process to meet their desired timeline.Assisting the business owner through each gating stage with the relevant chair within the Commercial Launch Process (CLP).Leading the interface into Technology, PMO, Ops, GTM & Planning teams.Defining and updating the commercial launch calendar with all activity, dependencies and dates.Work with the Segment managers and NPD leads to ensure that you have the necessary information captured in the master brief to work all activity through the CLP with latest information from weekly trading meetingAttendance at all Launch Design meetings up to GTM to capture all relevant information for the next stage and ensure that teams are moving through the process in the correct way and at the right time.Assisting with the business owner from planning to GTM with handover to GTM specialists to deliver to go live.Working with the Proposition Development manager to ensure that they are developing the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) for anything requiring IT development in the relevant time box.Working with the Marketing team to ensure that Quarterly Planning is executed in a timely manner to allow for excellence in execution.The skills and experience we are looking forExcellent planning skills with a track record in pulling the bigger picture together.Broad or specialised knowledge of methods, techniques and processes with some knowledge of the basic theoretical background, typically acquired through specialised training or broad practical work experience.Communication: Outstanding relationship management skills with an ability and willingness to work with, lead and influence, people at all levels across the organisation.The ability to understand the vision, define a clear picture, communicate effectively and digest feedback and information from teams into a coordinated view.Solid understanding of Go to Market, and the role it plays as the interface between the business and IT in launching new products and propositions.Commercial acumen: Good understanding of the business environment, objectives and the ability to develop solutions whilst providing guidance.Customer first: Champion within the business to drive effective decision making within the development of medium and long-term proposition roadmaps.Planning and Organising: Work without supervision, provides technical guidance when required on planning, organising, prioritizing and overseeing activities efficiently to meet business objectivePresentation Skills: Comprehensive knowledge and skills to communicate with people independentlyBenefits of Working at ThreeFlexible
