The ERP Manager position is a key strategic hire for the business with the chosen candidate assuming responsibility for identifying the best fit ERP system and fully integrating it into our business.
Project Planning and Management:
1. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for creating & maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget, & resources required. Identify best ERP for the business and provider.
2. Establish a project team, define roles and responsibilities, and create a communication plan that includes regular status updates and stakeholder engagement.
3. Monitor progress, identify risks, & develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Management:
1. Work closely with stakeholders, including the executive team, department managers, IT personnel, and end-users, to ensure the ERP system meets the organization's requirements and objectives. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Budget Management:
1. Establish a project budget, track costs, and report on budget variances whilst focusing on cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management:
1. Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate these risks.
Resource Management:
1. Manage project resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors.
Quality Management:
1. Ensure that project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
