Job Overview We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to cover the Midlands region of Ireland.
This is a field-based role with remote working, requiring regular travel to visit customers, dealers, and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural products, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors within the Midlands region.
Provide expert advice on our product range, identifying solutions tailored to customer needs.
Generate new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Attend farm visits, trade shows, and industry events to promote Teemore Engineerings products.
Manage and follow up on sales leads, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Work closely with the office-based sales and support teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
Provide market feedback and insights to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.
Plan and manage your weekly schedule effectively to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience: Agricultural background or experience in a related industry is essential.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
Strong technical understanding of agricultural housing and handling equipment.
Full, clean driving licence is required.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for managing customer relationships and sales reporting.
