The main responsibilities for the role will be to manage the daily running and overall service of the delicatessen counter and to manage and oversee the daily operations in the kitchen (preparing Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Meals and Chilled Products) as required. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring the department meets projected sales and contribution targets.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2-3 Years Deli Management experience working in a busy deli counter environment essential for the role
2. Experience as a Deli Manager working in a teamwork based environment with a natural passion for cooking and preparation
3. Excellent Communication, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management skills
4. HACCP trained and qualified with additional culinary qualifications beneficial
5. Well presented with a professional, polite and friendly manner
6. Flexible and willing to work 45 hours per week / 5 days per week on rotation
