Job Title: Site Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our residential development projects in Cookstown.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.
* To provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
* To develop and maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant regulations and company policies.
* To monitor and control costs, resources, and labor, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager with SMSTS / SSSTS certification.
* Trade background or degree-educated, with strong knowledge of construction methods and site management principles.
* Excellent communication and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
* UK Driving Licence is essential.
