HR Advisor
Location: Cork
As a HR Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice and tailored solutions to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of employment law and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for managing cases to resolution, building rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
* Communicate with clients via video conference, phone, email, and in-person meetings as needed to create bespoke employment documentation in line with company policies.
* Record work and produce daily/weekly reports as required.
* Stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practices to provide the most current and relevant advice to clients.
* Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and other company initiatives, including those outside of normal working hours as needed.
* Undertake other tasks as required by the business.
Person Specific:
* Strong understanding of HR best practices.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and confident manner when interacting with clients.
* Strong eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage your diary, cases, and day-to-day tasks.
