What You'll Do
As our People and Culture Manager, you will:
* Develop and implement strategies to align with the hotel's business goals.
* Oversee the entire employment lifecycle, from recruitment to retention.

* Drive colleague engagement through innovative communication initiatives.
* Ensure legal compliance and maintain high standards of employee wellbeing.
* Collaborate with senior management on talent development, succession planning, and training programs.
* Use HR metrics to inform decisions and provide actionable insights.

* Proven experience in an HR leadership role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
