About The Role
Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:
* Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with the hotel's overall business goals.
* Identify target audiences and key market segments for focused marketing efforts.
* Maintain and enhance the hotel's brand image and positioning.
* Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Analyse online metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
* Supervise the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including the hotel's website, social media, and marketing collateral.
* Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
* Plan and execute advertising campaigns, both online and offline.
* Develop and coordinate promotions and special offers to drive bookings and revenue.
* Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
* Coordinate press releases, media events, and familiarization trips.
* Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that support sales efforts.
* Assist in creating packages and promotions for different market segments.
* Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
* Utilize insights to adapt marketing strategies.
* Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
* Monitor expenses and evaluate return on investment for marketing activities.
* Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
* Provide regular reports and insights to management on key performance indicators.
* Plan and coordinate marketing events, including launches, openings, and promotional activities.
* Ensure seamless execution and positive brand representation.
Requirements for the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in marketing are advantageous.
* Proven experience (2+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
* Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
* Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools is a plus.
* Team leadership and collaboration skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
