Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a General Manager, preferably with a background in food and beverage management.
Your responsibilities would include:
* Managing Heads of Departments
* Maintaining service standards across all departments
* Overseeing hotel operations, including guest relations, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
* Collaborating with the Head Chef and F&B Manager to achieve customer satisfaction and profitability in the Food & Beverage Department
* Managing budgets, financial plans, and expenditures
* Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
* Developing marketing and revenue management strategies
* Prioritizing guest satisfaction in business decisions
* Implementing training and development plans
* Making sound business decisions for service quality and hotel profitability
* Attending daily and weekly team meetings
* Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
