Reporting to: Operations Manager
Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Cleaning Manager in Dublin, who will be responsible for ensuring the venue is ready for use, whilst coordinating venue activities and staff supervision.
Main accountabilities and key tasks:
1. Manage daily operations ensuring that the venue cleanliness is maintained to a high standard.
2. Coordinate logistics, ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard, consumable management, and documentation of pre- and post-event evaluations for future planning.
3. Supervise employees, by building team morale, developing the team working in the venue, and providing/organising training where necessary.
4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations for Ryans Cleaning and for the client.
5. Manage a budget and financial reporting and planning.
6. Handle client enquiries whilst troubleshooting any issues that arise before, during, or after an event.
7. Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, and health and safety.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a manager or in a relevant or similar position.
2. Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Strong understanding of customer service.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Full Clean EU drivers’ licence is essential.
7. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
