Job Details: Treasury Management Analyst

The Role:
Avolon is looking to appoint a Treasury Analyst to the Treasury Management team in our Dublin headquarters, reporting to the VP, Treasury Manager. The Treasury Management team is responsible for managing Group liquidity, Interest Rate Risk, FX Risk, Management Reporting and Liability Management. The Treasury department is an integral part of Avolon and plays a central role in all business activity.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly organised individual to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As part of the Treasury team, the Analyst will be involved in all areas of Treasury Management as outlined below and in ensuring the timely and accurate execution, recording and reporting of all Treasury transactions.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the completeness & accuracy of the schedule of payments required for the acquisition, refinance and sale of aircraft.
* Partner in the preparation of funds flows for new deals and ensure all arrangements in place for the approval of payments.
* Assist in preparation of management reporting through the Treasury Dashboard.
* Management of counterparty onboarding and bank account administration including opening/closing bank accounts.
* Uploading all loan profiles and debt fee data to the Treasury Management System (TMS).
* Execute and accurately record all Treasury activity in TMS including cash investment activity, FX transactions, rent and cash sweeps and derivatives.
* Reconcile all cash related activity daily in the bank reconciliation module of TMS.
* Prepare debt servicer reports that include updating receipts, payments, concentration limits and appraisals.
* Ensure timely recording of, management and compliance with all debt and information related covenants, including LTV testing.
* Ensure the integrity of the TMS database in all respects.

We would like to speak with candidates with either a front-office Treasury background and candidates with a strong background in payments.
Skills and Experience:
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Treasury, Finance or Economics preferred.
* 1-2 years prior Treasury/Payments related experience with a good understanding of Cash Management, Capital Markets, FX and payments.
* Experience using a TMS & Bloomberg, as well as experience in the development/upgrading of a TMS or related system is an advantage.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and compelling arguments.
* Demonstrated ability in achieving high performance goals, assuming responsibility to meet evolving demands.
* Ability to identify, communicate and report quickly on critical issues in a clear and concise manner.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines in a highly pressurised environment.
