The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel's reputation and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and report on marketing strategies for all areas of the hotel.
Design and implement branding materials, marketing assets, and collateral for internal and external use.
Manage the hotels website, working with digital marketing and booking engine partners to enhance online presence.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Develop and execute the yearly events calendar with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
Lead PR, social media, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with various departments.
Coordinate content creation, including photoshoots and video productions.
Work closely with the revenue team to develop compelling offers and packages.
Oversee email marketing, ensuring content is fresh and engaging.
Manage relationships with digital agencies, PR firms, photographers, and videographers.

Photography, video, and content creation skills are an advantage but not essential.

A third-level qualification in marketing or business is desirable.
