Job Title: Personal Lines Executive

Job Overview:
This position is at the heart of the sales and customer service operations, requiring direct interaction with both potential and existing clients to provide quotes and advice. The individual selected for this role will take charge of renewals, maintaining customer relationships, and fostering new opportunities through upselling and/or cross-selling, in addition to contributing to various projects as needed.

Proficiency in assessing the insurance needs of direct clients and offering appropriate coverage solutions
Competent negotiation abilities for securing new clients and renewals
Dynamic and motivated, capable of handling a significant workload within a collaborative team setting
Outstanding organizational capabilities, with a keen focus on procedural accuracy and the quality of client documentation
Superior communication and people skills, including a professional phone presence
Uphold a standard of professionalism and ethical conduct
Skills and Qualifications:
Preferably holds an APA qualification and has brokerage experience
Proficient in business-related writing and numerical tasks, including email correspondence and spreadsheet management
Familiarity with Relay software or a similar platform
Understanding of personal lines insurance products and their processes
