KDP Ireland is looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join our team on a full time basis. In this role you will manage the design, specification, and installation of new and renovated process equipment. The successful person will provide engineering support and problem solving for existing equipment and manufacturing processes. They will also provide technical expertise to engineering, automation, and related departments.
Main responsibilities:
1. Support the Engineering Director in developing the engineering capex strategy.
2. Manage the scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and quality of engineering projects related to cGMP process equipment, piping, and controls.
3. Prepare, present, and disseminate technical information relating to equipment, engineering, and GMPs.
4. Manage the design review, site acceptance, and installation of equipment.
5. Responsible for preparation and presentation of project status reports.
6. Prepare Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and other related drawings and documents.
7. Recommend and manage implementation of appropriate corrective/preventative actions for existing equipment and manufacturing processes.
8. Evaluate, approve, prepare, and execute change control documentation.
9. Supports Manufacturing and Maintenance activities as technical advisor.
10. Maintains company reputation by enforcing compliance with relevant laws, policies, and regulation.
11. Support QA/Validation Department through preparation of design documents and protocol review
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have:
12. Degree in Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and Project Management Certification
13. Technical experience using CAD, SAP, Maintenance Systems and Capex / Budget control

18. Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry along with experience with Filing & packaging equipment and consumer packaged goods
