Key Responsibilities:General office administration, including handling telephone calls and messagesPosting purchase invoices and maintaining creditor paymentsBank reconciliationsProcessing monthly returnsManaging subcontractor payments and RCT returnsProcessing employee payroll using SageRequirements:1-2 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Sage payment softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and efficiency skillsFully confident in using Microsoft OfficePunctual, reliable, and highly organisedThis is a great opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong reputation in the construction industry.
