Project Manager (Hybrid)
Project Manager required for a highly reputable Main Building Contractor to be based out of their Midlands Head Office. This is a unique role for the PM with strong Main Building Contractor experience who would like a hybrid role, working on the preconstruction side of the business. Our client will require the successful Project Manager to be based in the Midlands office 2-3 days a week, so this might suit a PM from the Midlands or West that wants to work closer to home for a better work-life balance.
Role:
1. Manage projects in line with company standards, procedures, and Building Regulations, ensuring construction activities stay on track with timelines, budgets, and project requirements.
2. Organize and lead site meetings with the Design Team and subcontractors to promote clear communication, record decisions, and confirm compliance with plans, specifications, and Health & Safety rules.
3. Oversee on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain quality standards and work closely with the Construction Team to provide all necessary details to stakeholders promptly.
4. Demonstrate familiarity with RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and the 2014 Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.
5. Participate in BID writing, tendering processes, and cost estimation.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in project management of medium to large size building projects.
2. 3rd level degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
3. Proficient in IT, with expertise in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project.
4. Demonstrates outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Salary:
Salary €90k-€100k, Company Vehicle, Excellent benefit package, Hybrid (2-3 days).
