We are currently hiring a German Relationship Executive focused on contract renewals to join a growing service solutions company based in Dublin City Centre. You will join a global company with state-of-the-art modern offices based right in the city centre and work with a small specialised team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maintaining and continuing our relationships with existing clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels at building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, articulating the value of our services, and negotiating contract terms to ensure a seamless renewal process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that has excellent relationship, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and a high standard of client management experience.
Responsibilities include: Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients' needs by delving deep and renewing contracts within an existing client database.Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers & come up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers' experience.A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensuring working in a fast-paced environment.Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.Communicate with external parties through negotiation and renew agreements.Prepare proposals, negotiate contract renewals, and execute presentation packages with 100% accuracy.Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.Administration and use of CRM systems.Candidate Profile Optimal for 1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management.High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.Excellent telephone manner is essential.Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.Strong administration and MS Office skills.Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland.This role is a driving force for the success of the company and demands the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
