Key Responsibilities Be actively involved on-site, working closely with project teams to ensure cost control and financial management.
Prepare Bills of Quantities, estimates, and tender documents.
Work on both operational project delivery and new business development.
Monitor project costs, variations, and progress to ensure budget adherence.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with Irish construction regulations and industry standards.
Support commercial reporting and forecasting to aid decision-making.
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to optimise cost efficiency.
Requirements Minimum of year's experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards.
Experience in both operational project QS duties and estimating for new business.
Proficiency in cost reporting, BOQs, and contract administration.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both on-site and in the Trim office.
Full, clean driving licence.
