Purpose of the Job:
The Senior HRBP will enable the business to attract, develop and retain the industry's best talent and workforce by providing an inclusive and engaging environment where employees can thrive.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Partner with a value stream in the business to deliver the HR Value Proposition to that client group.
2. Clinch changes at Leaders level for professional work solutions through clarity, particularly on the leader’s own performance and any other areas they feel they would benefit from coaching support.
3. Troop Talent & Capability Development – Offer Business Leaders Talented pipeline development to help meet their current and future needs. Provide expert guidance and processes to leaders to support building talent & capability in their area.
4. Build Culture Champion partnerships with our Commercial departments.
Be part of a partnership with several Companies managers.
5. Assist leadership teams in articulating and delivering broad-based strategies using various data sources and governance structure knowledge.
6. Enhance Employee Relations by being instrumental in decision-making processes, along with employee advocacy training programmes.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management qualification.
2. 8+ years of experience as a Senior HRBP.
