Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Accounts Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility in Co. Offaly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, finance, and customer service, with experience in managing teams, processing IT tickets, and maintaining client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead the team and ensure smooth operation of day-to-day activities
* Manage IT ticketing system and ensure efficient processing
* Develop and implement best practices in workflows and identify areas for improvement
* Oversee sales, purchasing, invoicing, bank reconciliations, revenue, and payroll processing
* Prepare month and year-end financials
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar management or operational role
* Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and accounting systems (SAGE)
* Strong customer service and people skills
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently
* Strong communication and leadership skills
Key Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position with company benefits. The salary for this role is €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
