About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Experience Executive to join our Front Office team at Carton House, a five-star resort destination and member of the Fairmont Hotel collection.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements for fire, hygiene, health and safety, licensing, GDPR, and employment legislation.
2. Adhere to crisis management and business continuity plans for the department.
3. Follow all departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
4. Deliver exceptional service excellence through effective delivery of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Brand Standards.
5. Promote the Brand's service culture and ensure guests receive services that meet the Brand promise.
