Job Description
This is a permanent contract suitable for an experienced HR Operations Specialist, offering a good work-life balance due to the hybrid nature.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain accurate HR personnel files.
* Manage the onboarding and offboarding process efficiently.
* Prepare various HR documents, contracts, letters, and other essential papers.
* Deliver monthly HR reports and provide meaningful insights to the Leadership team.
* Develop and implement effective HR induction processes.
* C Coordinate and organize timely collection, preparation, and distribution of payroll information.
* Liaise with external education partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
* Assist in administering employee benefits.
* Support internal and external audits of HR processes to ensure compliance and quality.
* Ensure recruitment requests are handled in accordance with established procedures.
* Coordinate all correspondence during the recruitment process to provide a professional candidate experience.
* Prepare and distribute employment contracts and new starter packs to all new employees.
* Conduct thorough reference and background checks for new employees when required.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Operations (essential).
* Possession of a CIPD HRM qualification or currently working towards it.
* Experience with HR Systems, particularly Workday (a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Fully fluent in English, spoken and written.
