Commercial Manager - FMCG

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the Commercial Strategy to drive business growth and market share.
* Identify new market, new product opportunities and business expansion areas.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Lead and Manage the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
* Oversee the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
* Prepare and manage the Commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
* Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports.
Requirements:
* Role requires a strategic thinker with a Strong Background in FMCG and Commercial Management.
* Candidates will have a proven track record in the Retail, Food service & ideally Export Industry.
* Candidates need to come from the food/drink industries - ideally with branded experience.
* Strong commercial skills, P&L responsible.
* Candidates must be living in the Cork Area or open to a relocation.
Remuneration:
* Excellent Basic Salary: €60,000 per annum.
* 20% Bonus (target related): up to €12,000 per annum.
* Car Allowance: €5,000 per annum.
* Pension Scheme: employer-matched contributions.
