Love crafting killer content? Obsessed with social media? Always looking for new ways to engage audiences? Dublin Fringe Festival is looking for a Marketing & Digital Communications Officer to join our team.
About the Role
Dublin Fringe Festival is seeking a Marketing and Digital Communications Officer to support the Head of Marketing in the execution of both the festival’s annual marketing campaign and the year-round promotion of its artist support initiatives. This role is central to shaping the festival’s presence across digital and traditional marketing channels, with a particular focus on social media strategy and growth.
You will play a key role in managing content across all social platforms, creating compelling visual and written content, running paid digital campaigns, and engaging with online communities to maximise reach and impact. Additionally, you will support website updates, promotional material production, and the creation of the festival brochure, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires creativity, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail. You’ll be part of a small but mighty team, working across departments to deliver a festival that champions new voices and innovative performance. Beyond the festival, this role will also be key in connecting audiences and artists with Dublin Fringe’s year-round support initiatives.
Why Join Us?
Dublin Fringe Festival is where bold ideas and brave artistic voices take centre stage. This role is an opportunity to shape the marketing presence of both the festival and Dublin Fringe’s year-round artist support initiatives, contributing to an internationally recognised platform for contemporary performing arts and artist development.
