Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Arklow
Type: 3-Day Week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Contract: Temporary Initially
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage and log telephone calls, ensuring appropriate follow-up
* Conduct quality checks on documents and exports
* Oversee contract opening and closing document checks
* Handle compliance administration, including risk assessments of contractors’ certifications
* Manage archiving and destruction of files/dockets
* Perform scanning and internal docket entry
* Control CRM data integrity
* Manage contractor insurance documentation
* Assist the Office Manager with any ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About you:
* 2 to 5 years of experience in a busy administrative role
* Proven ability to process and manage key data effectively
* Strong multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of teamwork
* Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and due diligence capabilities
* Proficient IT skills are essential; advanced knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
