S2P ERP Global Transformation Program Manager
Our client, a blue-chip healthcare company, now seeks an experienced Product Owner for Source-to-Pay (S2P) to drive strategic elements of the ERP Global Transformational Program to drive efficiencies, improved performance and realize profitable growth. This is a hybrid role, requiring a number of days on site.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Global Transformation, this hire will be the primary point of contact to business stakeholders, responsible for driving strategy and execution across global businesses and associated core business processes.
As S2P Transformation Program Manager, you will drive the global strategy and implementation roadmap, driving planning, communication, coordination, and execution efforts. S2P Program success relies on successful partnering with the business (manufacturing, commercial sites, distributors, etc.) to support early engagement activities, including process mapping, risk assessments, process optimization, data cleansing, and application remediation.
Additionally, you will lead efforts in scoping and global template alignment, assessing fit/gap requirements, and justifying necessary customizations, all within a structured governance and change management framework.
Requirements for S2P ERP Transformation Program Manager:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile methodology, design thinking, or lean processes.
* 5+ years of Transformational Program Management experience, 3 years of which in a project or program management role in an FDA regulated industry, or similarly highly regulated industry.
* Proven track record of managing and leading global transformation programs in a cross-functional environment i.e. Supply Chain, Materials Management, Operations, Finance, etc.
* Previous leadership experience managing large-scale change programs or working within complex, matrixed organizational structures in fast-paced environments.
* Proven work experience of ERP systems and the broader application ecosystem, with a strong understanding of key business processes.
* Ability to lead, communicate, and implement strategy of transformational program, while engaging teams in the process.
* Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Proven abilities include:
* To build trust, with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and credibility.
* To manage risks, solve problems, and drive execution with a sense of urgency.
* To travel extensively, including to locations within the US, Ireland, APAC, and other regions as required (circa 25%).
* To lead and empower high-performing teams in a highly collaborative work environment promoting the development of team and recognizing achievements.
