Contract Specialist
We are seeking a Contract Specialist to manage and grow maintenance contract portfolios, ensuring strong customer retention and identifying opportunities for upselling solutions. This role involves working closely with internal teams and customers to enhance contract value, negotiate renewals, and provide excellent service.

About the Role
As a Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for managing maintenance contracts, proactively renegotiating renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell service solutions. You will work closely with operational teams, supervisors, and finance departments to ensure smooth contract management and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and complete contract renewal tenders, ensuring timely renegotiation
* Identify and drive upselling opportunities, promoting digital solutions and service enhancements
* Handle customer queries, including purchase order follow-ups and contract adjustments
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
* Work with internal teams to prevent cancellations and resolve customer concerns
* Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking leads and customer interactions
* Assist with sales administration tasks, ensuring smooth contract processes
Requirements:
* Experience in account management, contract administration, sales administration or a similar role
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of upselling or solution selling
* Ability to manage tendering processes and contract renewals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
* Experience in the service industry is a plus
