Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Revenue accounting and controls (RAC) Finance Operations within EMEA, overseeing all EMEA operations related to revenue recognition, invoicing and reporting.
* Collaborate with European Controllers in a matrix organization to support EMEA Finance operations.
* Provide operational guidance to Sales Management of a €400 million + growing organization.
* Develop and manage a scalable, dynamic team through onboarding and career development programs.
* Identify workflow improvements with the Financial Systems Team, address inefficiencies, and support RAC testing and training for system updates.
* Evaluate and enhance internal controls, identify deficiencies, and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
* Regularly meet with peer groups to improve communication, feedback, and workflows.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience).
* 2 years management experience required.
* Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with operations in a high technology software industry and supported an externally facing sales organization.
* Should be a Qualified Accountant or CPA.
* Fluent in English, additional language a plus.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with order management, accounts receivables, sales operations, revenue reporting.
* Proven management experience including performance measurement and hiring.
* Working with a virtual team.
* Understanding and exposure to ERP systems, including GL and CRM.
* Proven knowledge of sales administration and operations.
* Use of analytical and data mining tools.
