PARTS ADVISOR Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist and advise customers via telephone, online and face to face.
Process orders from customers and service technicians.
Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Utilise the Company dealer management system (IBCOS) to process orders and invoice customers.
Ensure that parts issued are charged correctly to appropriate jobs.
Communicate with the service advisors and technicians about inventory, pricing, and delivery times.
Maintain an organised parts inventory ensuring that parts are held at the correct bin locations and that all parts issued are properly accounted for.
Order parts from manufacturers Correctly account for all parts received and ensure that they are stored in appropriate bin locations.
Upkeep of stores and display The successful candidate will ideally: Possess a good knowledge of agricultural machinery and tractors and have a technical background with the ability to interpret parts catalogue.
Have the ability to work alone or in cooperation with other team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Be computer literate and follow processes in accordance with the Company dealer management system (DMS).
Be punctual and show initiative while demonstrating a strong work ethic.
