Saint John of God Communith Mental Health Services Lucena Clinic and Cluain Mhurie Services Lucena Clinic provides a comprehensive Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for young people with moderate to severe mental health disorders to defined catchment areas, with an under 18 population of 172,585, residing in South Dublin City and County plus North and West County Wicklow.
Clinical Teams are based throughout the catchment area operating clinics in Tallaght, Rathgar, Dun Laoghaire, Bray, Wicklow town and Arklow.Cluain Mhuire is a national center of innovation in public mental health service provision delivering a community based adult mental health service for the South East Coast of Co. Dublin to a catchment area of some 182,000 people approximately. In addition to general adult mental health services, Cluain Mhuire provides early intervention in psychosis, ADHD, gender and general hospital mental health services. MAINTENANCE CRAFTSPERSON(Permanent/Full-Time)POST 1: Initial base Lucena Clinic, Rathgar and Cluain Mhuire Services, Blackrock (working across all sites)Applications are invited for the above position within St John of God Community Mental Health Services.The successful applicant will be flexible, committed and possess previous employment in a maintenance department together with: A recognized, relevant and validated City and Guild's qualification. Safe Pass training.
Good knowledge of general maintenance disciplines. Skills and experience in the area of plumbing, heating, electrical, fitting, carpentry, painting, decorating and ground works. An ability to carry out repair request such as replacing lightbulbs, door adjustments, locks on doors, fixing walls, broken furniture etc. An ability to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative with problem solving attitudes and achieve deadlines.
