Job Description
Work closely with the Global Director of People Operations, local Management team and local People Operations team to maintain and further establish team development.
Drive initiatives across a range of areas, including but not limited to:
1. Employee relations
2. Recruiting
3. Talent development
4. HR Policies, processes & compliance
5. Benefits & compensation
6. Office management
Manage all aspects of Human Resources for the Africa and Europe region, including:
1. Manage and support an HR Manager
2. Manage the monthly payroll
3. Benefits and compensation management
4. Recruitment Lead and partnering with hiring managers to improve and refine recruiting processes
5. Talent development

Candidate Requirements
Essential:
* Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 10
* Minimum Qualification: Level 8 (incl Higher Diploma & Honours Bachelor Degree)
Desirable:

* Competency Skills: Initiative, Leadership, Management, Time Management
