The main responsibilities for this role are to support the management team with daily operations, service delivery, and overall excellence in a busy bar environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences in a well-established business renowned for its food and service.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist Managers with daily tasks, including managing staff and ensuring seamless service delivery.
* To work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of teamwork and initiative.
* To maintain high standards of customer service, consistently delivering excellent experiences for all patrons.
* To be flexible and adapt to varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced bar environment.
* Exceptional communication, customer service, organisational, and time management skills.
* Able to work independently and within a team structure.
* Flexible scheduling, working 5 days a week (40 hours) including varied shifts.
