Key Responsibilities
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or readiness for a senior position.
2. Motivate, train, encourage, and develop junior members of the culinary team.
3. Lead and manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, maintaining consistent standards.
4. Manage ordering and utilise current systems to reduce waste and enhance Gross Profit.
5. Prior experience in 5-star hotels or Michelin-recommended restaurants is desirable.
