Head of Digital Marketing
Our client, a leading global organisation with offices in Dublin City Centre, is seeking to recruit for a newly created Head of Digital Marketing role. They are seeking a hugely ambitious, professional digital leader who has a proven track record in the development and delivery of B2B digital strategy, building digital and social channels (looking at organic and paid media), and website and content management.
Leading a team of 2 and reporting to the CMO, you will develop and execute innovative digital strategies, lead a high-performing team, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
2. Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content)
3. Analyse performance, optimize campaigns, and measure ROI
4. Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team
5. Stay ahead of industry trends
Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven digital marketing leadership experience, a minimum of 10 years industry experience is essential, ideally from within a highly corporate or B2B environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Experience managing and leading teams
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
