As a Maximo Consultant at Nucleo, you will play an integral role in the delivery of Maximo data and process improvement projects. This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the growth and development of our business. You will be part of a diverse team that is experienced and passionate about improving our client’s business performance and solving complex problems.
This is a client-facing role, and we are seeking a Maximo Consultant who is highly motivated, able to adapt quickly to changing environments and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Engage and lead stakeholder workshops and sessions to identify and confirm business requirements, and translate these into functional IT requirements.
* Liaise with clients to document business processes, data, and system requirements.
* Assist in supporting stakeholders on strategic data-driven decisions and communicate insights effectively.
* Build effective long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met.
* Define the Business Requirements and required System Functionality for Maximo and similar Asset Management Systems.
* Scope project delivery based on defining and prioritising business requirements for the Solution.
* Produce and validate existing business “current state” process maps and produce “future state” process maps.
* Gather, analyse, define, validate, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders to aid IT in the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs.
* Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops, and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications.
* Work with the Maximo Technical Delivery team to identify and develop functional and data solutions to address complex challenges related to asset management, maintenance, and workflows.
Lead Maximo solution design, data configuration, test, and deployment phases in project delivery:
* Lead the team responsible for key data configuration, analytics, and improvement activities.
* Ensure data quality and governance compliance.
* Advise and design development of data quality improvement solutions.
* Lead extract, transform, and load (ETL) activities, e.g., build CSV data files and packages for load into systems (IBM Maximo).
* Support key business readiness activities.
* Document the flow of data and processes in solution design, and the data that supports these processes.
* Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing phases of the project.
* Lead and coordinate project deployments, in-line with best standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 4-6 years of relevant consulting experience.
* Experience using IBM Maximo or similar Asset Management software.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Technology, Business, Engineering, Science, Data & Analytics, or a relevant domain.
* Experience in Requirements Gathering, Data Analysis, and Reporting Analysis for IT Solution Implementation Projects, specifically Maximo.
* Experience using SQL Server.
* Up-to-date knowledge of current data tools and industry changes.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to lead creatively in a team-oriented, problem-solving environment.
* Experience in working in the Utility sector is an advantage.
