Experienced Store Operative Wanted for Spare Parts Department
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain accurate parts inventory levels and oversee shipment and replacement procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by fulfilling orders and queries in a timely manner.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with the Stock Controller to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Establish optimal individual parts inventory levels and balances to maximize turnover.
• Work effectively with the service department to ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
Required Experience:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a trade environment.
• Strong IT and systems skills using technology to manage stock, electronic parts catalogues, and supplier management systems.
