We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Advisor Nurse to provide high-quality occupational health services to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the First Aiders and Mental Health First Responders, conducting risk assessments, overseeing the ergonomics program, and developing proactive wellbeing education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the First Aiders and Mental Health First Responders for the business
">
* Risk assess and ensure adequate First Aiders and MHFRs onsite at any given time
">
* Oversee the ergonomics program for the business and order specialized equipment as required
">
* Complete OH and wellness induction training with all new joiners
">
* Review and update Safety statement on an annual basis
">
* Develop and participate in proactive wellbeing education and awareness initiatives
">
* Provide case management of short, medium, and long-term absenteeism
">
* Assess Pre-employment questionnaires and pregnancy risk assessments in an efficient and timely manner
">
* Advise on Health & Safety when required
">
* Follow-up on all workplace accidents or incidents
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Hold a general Nurse qualification
">
* Hold full An Bord Altranais registration
">
* Hold a recognized qualification in Occupational Health
">
* Previous experience essential as this is a standalone OH Nurse post
">
