Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Naas Area, Ireland (with option for work from home)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to support our CEO in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the manager and clients
* Manage the manager's calendar and schedule meetings
* Undertake projects as delegated by the CEO and ensure timely completion
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists, databases, and filing systems
* Arrange travel and accommodation for business purposes
* Prepare and coordinate meetings, taking detailed minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are taken
* Respond to requests and queries from clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
* Ensure the manager's daily schedule is maintained and assist with planning appointments
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Possession of a Business/ Administration diploma or equivalent qualification
* Holding a valid driver's license and access to own transport
