ROLE PURPOSE:
The Nutricia Care Dietitian will be responsible for ensuring the provision of dietetic services to Nutricia Care partner nursing homes on their allocated territory in line with the Nutricia Care Business Strategy.
Key Activities:
1. Provide dietetic care through telehealth and onsite visits.
2. Conduct holistic assessments and develop individualised care plans.
3. Promote best nutritional practices in nursing homes.
4. Triage referrals and ensure timely resident reviews.
5. Maintain thorough records and complete documentation promptly.
6. Deliver innovative clinical projects with the Nutricia Care team.
7. Collaborate to develop support materials for patients and HCPs.
8. Maintain professional development and CORU registration.
Please note, we have 2 roles available covering the following territories:
1. 1x role covering Munster on a 12-Month Fixed-term contract
About you
We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills:
1. Strong time management, organisational and planning skills.
2. Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word.
3. A teamwork approach and an ability to foster collaboration across functions and within the team.
4. The ability to establish trust and credibility with health care professionals.
5. Analytical capabilities, e.g., the ability to decompose a problem and build from ground up, using your insights to develop a solution.
6. A positive, future-oriented perspective, challenging established paradigms and driving for action.
7. A growth mindset, namely the ability to share and receive feedback and seek out personal development beyond your existing resources.
To be considered for this role, you will require:
1. A full Irish driver’s license.
2. Be living in or able to relocate to the Connacht/Munster region.
We'll provide a competitive salary, with a company car and fuel card, or car allowance. We'll also provide a lunch allowance when you're in the field, Coru & INDI registration fees are covered and a generous allowance for CPD relevant to the role.
