How you will create an impact:
Lead and sell growth consulting projects, supporting the development of our team.
Cultivate trusted client relationships and develop project proposals.
Deliver solutions through growth consulting content knowledge and client relationship-building skills.
Identify client pain points and develop custom solutions to complex strategy engagements.
Lead the delivery of complex growth consulting engagements and business development efforts.
Build a case toward equity partnership in about 3-5 years.
Lead, guide, and coach a large team of junior consultants.
Develop and deliver new thought leadership in collaboration with peers.
Stay abreast of current business and industry trends.
Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence when managing conflict.
Play an integral role in the recruitment of new Healthcare consultants.
Your profile:
Outstanding drive and determination.
Deep relevant functional experience in Pricing and Growth Strategy Consulting in HealthCare.
An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a professional services environment.
Proven business consulting expertise in growth strategies, go-to-market strategy, and pricing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill insights from data.
Effective presentation and communication abilities.
Demonstrated record of solving complex problems and directing teams.
Record of accomplishment of managing multiple engagements.
Highly inclusive and empathetic approach to leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior clients.
Proven ability to build and maintain a high-performing consulting team.
Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
The pay range for this position in California is $225,000-$240,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
