The roleWe know where we’re going — now we need someone who can help us get there, turning ideas into action and adding their own creative touch. You’ll work across digital and non-digital marketing activities, from posting content on LinkedIn and Instagram to identifying the awards we should apply for and the conferences/events we should attend. You’ll help us show up in the right places, at the right times, with the right message. We're open to flexible working arrangements — this role could be 2, 3 or 4 days per week, depending on the right person.
What you’ll be doing
Delivering on our content plan across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more)
Drafting, scheduling, and posting content (written, visual, and video)
Tracking content performance and reporting on results
Researching and recommending awards, conferences, and events
Supporting speaker submissions, PR activity, and brand opportunities
Helping to maintain and evolve our brand voice and presence
Staying up to date with trends and competitor activity
What you’ll bring
1–3 years of marketing or content experience (internships and freelance work count!)
Strong writing skills — clear, thoughtful, and engaging
A good eye for design and visuals
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
An organised, detail-oriented approach
Curiosity and proactivity — you’ll spot opportunities and make things happen
A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn
