Your key responsibilities Be focused on delivery of challenging transformation projects, supporting clients through a number of transformation methodologies across our core sectors; Government and Public Sector, Health and Life Sciences, Consumer Products and Retail, and Energy and AssetsDemonstrate intellectual strength and flexibility to understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solutionProvide rigorous analysis, undertaking research and utilising relevant datasets to drive fact-based decision makingWork within a team environment, committed to achieving solutions with the ability to work under pressure and balance multiple prioritiesBring a strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions for clientsDemonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills with an ability to succinctly and creatively present robust and evidence-based messagesDevelop and produce high quality output against project objectives and meet tight deadlinesSkills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have At least 3 years' experience with a consulting firm or in industry, ideally with experience in one or more of our core sectorsStrong academic record including a third level degreeExperience of client facing roles with evidence of stakeholder engagement and communication success
Ideally, you'll also have some experience of delivering elements of projects such as: Strategy implementation including the design and development of long-term strategic roadmaps, implementation planning, critical success factors and development of best practice models to integrate strategy delivery.Conducting trend analyses to assess current market landscape, identifying growth levers, visioning and prioritising to develop a set of strategic choices, and guiding organisations through business model reinvention.Operating Model Design and Development to include Interim and Target Operating Models, and facilitation of workshop-based processes across multiple stakeholder groups.Experience in supporting the development of business and commercial cases for significant pieces of new investment or policy changes.What we look for
