An opportunity has arisen for an Online Assistant to join the Digital/Online Department at Club Travel, a leading Online Travel Agent in Dublin City Centre.
Key Responsibilities:Managing and updating Content Management Systems.Support consultants on internal systems and our clients on external systems.Troubleshooting and performing 1st line support activities.Identify, evaluate, and prioritise problems whilst formulating plans of resolution.Escalate unresolved issues to Management team, as necessary.Working closely with the Manager & development teams to UAT releases & bug fixes.Support the Management & other team members on projects as required including online research & business development.The Ideal Candidate:Be highly enthusiastic with a passion for Travel!Excellent organisational, written, verbal and ICT skills.Organised, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.Additional Information:The role is a full-time position.Training and practical experience will be given.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools.A high standard of written and spoken English is required.
