We are working with a thriving Insurance business that is looking to bring on a Compliance Manager to the business.In this role you will lead the compliance function within our insurance company, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role is critical in safeguarding the organisation’s integrity and reputation, promoting a culture of compliance, and minimising risk exposure.
What you will be doing as the Compliance Manager:
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure company policies comply with all relevant federal, state, and local insurance regulations.
Develop compliance policies and conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
Implement training programs to promote compliance culture and oversee monitoring and auditing processes.
Present compliance reports to management, act as primary contact for regulators, and manage compliance incidents.
About you:
Experience within Compliance within the Insurance sector or a financial services environment
In depth knowledge of insurance regulations, Compliance frameworks and risk management Practices
Previous experience with Stakeholders, Senior Management and Regulators (Plus)
