Know The Role
Zadig et Voltaire in our Brown ThomasDundrum store are currently looking for aConcession manager to join their team on a Full-time 37.5Flexible hours.
You main task will be
1. Be a brand ambassador and embrace the Selling Ceremony
2. Drive sales, worm welcome, exceptional approach, use appropriate sales technique from start to closing the sale
3. Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs
4. Lead your team by example
5. Coach your team in delivering exceptional and personalised customer experience
6. Lead your team towards success through training and coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIs
7. You are constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needs
8. Be able to build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management
9. Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively
10. Be knowledgeable of the collection and the brand iconic pieces

The Concession manager will welcome and assistcustomers throughout the entire sales process while supporting and coaching their team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customers experience As a Concession manager, you are part of maximising store targets, providing an optimal and personalized customer service while complying with Zadig and Voltaire procedures and standards
15. You will support the store manager in building a store environment that nurtures creativity and employees development
16. Be eager to learn, develop yourself and others
17. 2 year minimum in fashion management skill, and people skills
