The Role:
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Business Developer to join our Retail Business Development Team in Dublin City Centre.
Working as part of an experienced team, the role of Business Developer will be responsible for the delivery of sales budgets, securing new business, and ensuring the consistent delivery and execution of a best-in-class customer experience in a key high-value area.
Main Accountabilities include:
1. Management and development of new and existing Retail accounts.
2. Train and develop operators that handle our portfolio.
3. Excellence in execution of ARYZTA Range across your Territory.
4. Provision of excellent customer service, product, and industry knowledge.
5. Expansion of the current offering and proposition to existing customers.
6. Delivery of a prompt response to all customer queries ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible.
7. Driving continual improvement of product knowledge and sharing this with customers to generate greater sales growth.
8. Accurately maintain CRM data for internal use, field management, and analysis.
9. Work cross-functionally with other functions within the business e.g., National and Key Accounts, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service to deliver shared priorities and objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
1. Commercially minded with a proven track record in sales within the Retail and/or Foodservice business.
2. Customer-focused with a demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
3. Financial acumen – ability to analyse, interpret and apply sales data to make better business decisions.
4. Passionate about Food and Retail – with a hands-on approach to selling.
5. Excellent communication skills which convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
6. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results even under challenging circumstances.
7. Full driving licence.
Desirable:
1. Food Retail, Culinary, hospitality, or beverage education or experience.
